A creator didn’t deliver or show up. Open the booking and use “Open dispute” / “Report a problem”. The payout freezes while we review.

I haven’t been paid. Deposits pay out right away. Balances pay out after the booking’s revision window (live jobs: 48 hours after the show). Check Earnings for the date. Payouts reach your bank in about 2 business days.

How do I delete my account? Account → Delete my account. Finish or cancel bookings in progress first.
